Workouts and Videos

Hello, hello and happy Thursday! It’s once again my favorite day of the week, and I’m currently still in my pajamas waiting for my coffee to brew.

Let’s talk workouts for the week, shall we, cuz they’ve been pretty damn good if I do say so myself.


Tuesday was very similar to the Workout of Death, but with 7 different stations this time.  As just an example, there was a TRX band station, wall sit with a barbell, squat jumps, and much more!  I was once again donezo after.


That was a tough one, but it felt really good to challenge myself with exercises I don’t typically do, even if I am missing some skin of the top of my knee from the deadlifts.  Today is a rest day, thankfully, because my muscles need it.  It is no coincidence that my rest days coincide with my WFH day :).

Is anyone out there as nervous as I am for the Grey’s season finale tonight?  I watched the first 6 minutes of the episode, and it’s going to be intense.  Like really intense.  You too can watch the first 6 minutes, here!  They’ve said that someone for certain dies, and I really don’t want any of them to go.  Waaaaah.

Before I leave you, I must suggest you go watch this, because it had me smiling like a fool and tapping my foot on Tuesday night (and right now if I’m being completely honest).  Tootleoo!

  1. I still cannot watch the preview.

    However, I cannot wait until our Grey’s date. I’m making pasta and drinking wine. Comfort food and alcohol. Hopefully it dulls the pain.

  2. I cant wait for greys. i have an idea of whos going to die but really I have no idea. I started watching the series from the start again actually a couple weeks ago. It was so good with burke, george, and izzy.

  3. Sometimes, the only thing that gets me to the gym, is doing a NEW workout. I just get so bored with the same thing over and over again. I might try one like this. I definitely need to mix it up!

  4. I can’t wait for Grey’s tonight. I’ve been trying to decide all morning if I want to go for a run and watch it at the regular time, or skip my run all together and watch it early on the Eastern channels. It’s really quite a dilemma.

  6. I almost don’t want to watch Grey’s tonight. It’s just too hard.
    Why did they even have to do that to everyone? Just going to different hospitals would have been finale enough for me. Wahhh.

I think I need to try making a workout schedule and putting it on paper – i find that without planning them, i always end up doing the same thing at the gym & i know i should mix it up & i def need to be doing more strength training, all i do is cardio – the weights at the gym intimidate me .. or maybe its all the boys around them? haha.
